All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants any deviations from the code will result in your expulsion from the event & no refund on admission and possible ban from future events hosted by either (ISC)2 Tampa Bay Chapter or B-Sides Tampa

(ISC)2 Tampa Chapter & B-Sides Tampa Krewe has zero-tolerance stance regarding any form of harassment or discrimination by anyone, including staff, participating in our conference, training classes, workshop or any other activities associated with our organization. Our conference provides a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of their gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. Unacceptable behavior at our events is defined as:

• Discrimination, harassment, or intimidation in any form.
• Harassment, intimidation, threatening speech, or discrimination in any form, including (but not limited to) relating to race, gender, gender identity and expression, national origin, religion, disability, body size, marital status, age, sexual orientation, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in presentations, or any other protected category.
• Threatening or stalking any speaker, exhibitor, attendee, volunteer, or anyone associated with our event.
• Inappropriate use of sexual images or nudity in presentation or group discussion.
• Disruption of presentations during sessions, in the exhibit hall, training class or at other events organized throughout the conference.
• Unwelcome sexual attention in any regard. This includes sexualized comments or jokes; inappropriate touching, groping and unwelcome sexual advances.
• Copying or taking of Q&A or any chat room activity that takes place in the virtual space.

If you experience harassment or hear of any incidents of unacceptable behavior, please inform any member of the B-Sides Tampa Krewe or email us at Info@BSidesTampa.net so that the appropriate action can be taken. Please ensure to provide us with as much detail as possible so that we can take the appropriate actions.
